Formlabs Cure L V2

The new Form Cure L V2 is the fastest, most consistent large-format cure unit ever built by Formlabs — designed to perfectly complement the Form 4 and 4L printers. It delivers production-ready parts in minutes with precision and reliability you can trust.

  • Faster, Smarter Post-Processing: Cures large batches of parts in minutes instead of hours, freeing up operators and printers for more production runs per day. Customers reclaim hours of idle time and accelerate delivery, improving their cost per part and time-to-market.
  • Predictable Quality: Uniform, validated curing eliminates reprints and wasted materials. Every part meets production specs the first time, reducing scrap costs and workflow interruptions.
  • Simplified Operation: Preset cycles and intuitive controls make curing foolproof, even for new operators, cutting training time and preventing costly mistakes.

New Additions to the Tough Resin Family:

The Tough Resin family achieves the strength, stiffness, and toughness of thermoplastics like HDPE (high-density polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), while maintaining the precision and surface finish that define Formlabs SLA. Following the successful launch of Tough 1500 V2 in March 2025, this Fall Launch replaces Durable resin with the new Tough 1000 and Tough 2000 V1 with the new Tough 2000 V2 – creating a new and improved Formlabs Tough Resin Family.

Tough 1000 V1

Tough 1000 V1

The new Tough 1000 Resin V1 is the most ductile and impact-resistant material in our Tough Family. It has comparable strength, stiffness, and toughness to high-density polyethylene. It’s designed with exceptional wear and fatigue resistance for long-term toughness and utility. It’s engineered for end use parts that need to bend, flex, or take impact without breaking.

Tough 2000 V2

Tough 2000 V2

The new Tough 2000 Resin V2 is the strongest and stiffest Tough material, and our most popular engineering resin today, with strength and stiffness comparable to ABS. The new Tough 2000 Resin V2 builds upon this success by combining toughness with high temperature and creep resistance for end-use parts that look and perform like production components.
