Verisurf Build

Verisurf Build provides a real-time model-based or assembly-based inspection. It’s also known as the “Virtual Gage” and displays deviation as you move the probe over the part or assembly in relation to the aligned CAD model. Quickly measure errors and see part-to-model deviations in seconds using Build’s simple intuitive user interface.

For virtual assembly, you can set multiple tolerances and feature types such as surfaces, lines, arcs and more. An arrow indicator and deviation readout then guide you in real-time through the build process. You can even enhance visibility using color, graphics and various other clever features.
