3D PRINTER APPLICATION ENGINEER / SERVICE & SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION
This exciting position is for an Application Specialist for our growing line of 3D Printer solutions including HP and Desktop Metal as well as 7 other additive technologies. The Application Specialist will be based out of our Branchburg, NJ office but will travel approximately 30% for printer installs, training, tradeshows and repairs. The majority of the travel would be in a local 4 hour drivable region. The list of major responsibilities include:
- Provide application consulting with clients and Cimquest sales reps
- Help manage the usage of our own 3D Printers for printing demo and print service parts
- Manage certain product/vendor relationships from a technical aspect
- Provide 3D Printer installation and training services at customer sites
- Service 3D Printers
- Provide professional and customer service oriented telephone support for customers
- Help manage the usage of our own 3D Printers for printing demo and print service parts
- Provide demonstrations of the 3D Printers at our facility and trade shows
- Post process parts as well as package and ship parts to customers
- Full training will be provided for the Application Specialist both internally and by our vendors.

Maintenance Renewal Advisor/Inside Sales
OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION
Cimquest is in search of a Subscription Service Associate to become a key member of our maintenance retention team. The candidate will own the implementation of customer engagement, loyalty, and subscription retention strategies which will play a critical role in the growth and profitability of Cimquest. The role requires the candidate to create and submit subscription renewals to customers on a monthly basis, follow up, and close orders. This position involves heavy customer contact via phone calling to maximize subscription retention. Other phone calling strategies will be initiated throughout the year. Sales drive and acumen are required. Additional responsibilities will involve duties and responsibilities shared with the inside sales team including: ensuring completeness and accuracy of our customer/prospect database as well as calling campaigns for inviting our customers/prospects to events.
Job Skills Required:
- Customer Service and/or sales experience
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Computer literate and experienced with Google (gmail, calendar & google drive) and Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn and leverage various systems including ZohoOne CRM
- Organized, sense of urgency, ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments
- Math skills and accuracy in quoting critical
- Works well independently and with other team members
- Reliable, able to manage multiple activities while maintaining focus on accuracy and completeness
- Professional, friendly phone customer service
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers months before software and hardware maintenance expires to validate the correct point of contacts.
- Provide contacts with value added update information on their products during such calls.
- Compose customer lists and proposals, calculations and cross checking with vendor pricing
- Follow up with customers to ensure renewal of contracts before their expiration
- Provide justification and value associated with the renewal of such contracts
- Work with the team to strategize on campaigns to get expired customers back on contract
