Verisurf Automate programs and operates CMM’s faster and at a lower cost than traditional CMM programming software products. It is built on a 3D CAD measurement platform that automates all types of CMM brands and models with an intuitive 3D experience, visual Object-Oriented programming, and open standards that increase freedom of choice while reducing cost.

It offers easy on-line programming in ‘Teach mode’ or fast offline programming using standard CAD formats.

Visual object oriented sequencing and CMM probe path generation quickly creates automated inspection plans that may be executed on any supported stationary or portable CMM, increasing flexibility, eliminating inspection bottlenecks and reducing training and support costs.
