Verisurf – Inspection Software Running Inside Mastercam
Date: Monday, May 4th
Time: 11:00 am
In the first chapter, we will exhibit the use of Master 3D Gage. We will demonstrate applying targets to a model to execute a 3-2-1 Alignment by way of using a 5mm Renishaw Ruby probe. Once aligned, we will use the BUILD module to verify the alignment and manually check coordinate locations on the model as well as establish how to check multiple features using the MEASURE module.
Lathe Webinar Series – Intro to 2-Axis Lathe
Date: Tuesday, May 5th
Time: 11:00 am
During this webinar we will discuss the general interface as well as geometry types and preparation. We will explore machine and tool loading, basic tool-paths, refined tool-paths, and similar part programming. After the Q&A portion we will dive into a preview of part II where will be talking about Live Tooling.
Using the Verisurf Reporting Tool
Date: Wednesday, May 6th
Time: 11:00 am
We will measure multiple features by using the MEASURE Module, calculate the ‘Form’ for each ‘live’ feature, and finally how to export them to the Report Writer. Following that we will progress by measuring distances, angles, hole sizes and GD&T call-outs. Be a shop leader or impress a manager as we teach you how to craft and produce eloquently formatted reports.
