Note: Mastercam training is now managed by Mastercam Corporate.

Cimquest offers top-notch training in a large variety of different topics at our facilities in NJ, PA, MA, and CT, as well as on remote. All of our instructors have gone through an internal training on teaching adult learners using the simple and effective methodology of “show tell do check”. Our Geomagic instructors are experienced application engineers who work daily providing 3D scanning and reverse engineering when they are not teaching.

Registration and Payment

A student’s place in a class is not reserved until Cimquest receives a completed copy of this registration form and full payment of the class. The balance is due on or before 7 business days prior to the class starting date. Any student who has not paid in full by this deadline will no longer be considered registered and will receive a written and/or verbal notification of cancellation. Payment can be made in the form of an ACH, credit card or check.  Due to the challenges with checks being sent through USPS, we highly recommend the other methods of payments or sending the check via FedEx.

  • Class seats are valid for 9 months: Classes must be completed within 9 months of the original date of purchase, after which time any fees paid are non-refundable, this includes any re-scheduled classes.

Remote Training:

All students must be remote qualified 7 business days prior to the first day of class. If a student is not remote qualified 7 business days prior to class, they will no longer be registered and will be notified by email.

The Remote qualification process is to verify connection, video, audio and most importantly that student and instructor platforms are working properly for both.

Our remote classes are conducted through 2 platforms, one for the student to see the instructor which we use GoToTraining, GoToMeeting, or Google Meet. The second is for the instructor to see the students screen and we use GoToAssist. All students must be able to use one of the student to instructor platforms and GoToAssist otherwise they will no longer be registered for the class. If the students cancel after the 7 business days, there will be a 25% cancellation fee.

Repeating, Rescheduling or Canceling:

  • Repeat Classes – As per our training policy, a student can repeat any open enrollment classes for only 25% of the standard cost (non-refundable); as long as they are still employed by the same company (subject to seat availability/one discount per class).
  • Rescheduling – A student may reschedule with no penalty up to 7 business days prior to the start of class. If less than 7 business days, a 25% re-registration fee will be charged if less notice is given.
