Since vibration is an issue, it’s important to mention that vibration would be greatly reduced with a shorter tool length.
Hi Paul – thanks for the reply and a great point. Yes, a shorter tool will reduce vibration along with a more concentric tool holder, additional chip load and other adjustments. We will be addressing causes of vibration in a future video. Thanks!
